Payment must be completed online at time of registration; failure to complete online payment will result in automatic cancellation. No checks or purchase orders can be accepted.
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON JULY 29th
Registration Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation of registration must be received by July 15, 2022. NHSLMA will not issue any refunds after July 15, 2022. Refunds, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be processed 4-6 weeks from date of cancellation request.
