The NHSLMA Board and Conference Committee are excited to offer a 2-day, conference in March 2024. Join us to learn how Librarians across New Hampshire are transforming learning and leading our school communities.

Member rates through February 28:
$175 for one day $330 for two days
Non-member rates through February 28: $200 for one day $360 for two days
Late registration rates start March 1:
$230 for one day $420 for two days
Location: 70 Constitution Ave, Concord, NH
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of registration, online with a credit card. We are not able to accept Purchase Orders. Please be aware that your registration will be cancelled if payment by credit card is not made within 15 minutes. Please email conference@nhslma.org with questions about registration.
Accommodations: Reserved rooms available until Wednesday, March 6, 2024 - The Marriott at the Grappone Conference Center is reserving a block of rooms for the conference. Discounted rate of $134 per night plus taxes. Please call the hotel directly at (603) 225-0303 to receive the reduced rate.
Registration Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund, written cancellation of conference registration must be received by March 15, 2024 to conference@nhslma.org . Refunds, minus a $60 cancellation fee, will be processed 4-6 weeks from date of cancellation request. NHSLMA will not issue any refunds after March 15, 2024.
ADA Compliance If you require special assistance, let us know at least 6 weeks prior to the conference. We cannot ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification.
